4 ways to get your injured or weak leg into bed

Start by making sure your injured or weak leg will be the first leg you bring onto the bed. This will allow you to keep your strong leg on the floor for support

1. Use a leg lifter
2. Hook 2 belts together for a leg lifter
3. Twirl up a flat sheet for a leg lifter
4. Hook your strong leg under weak leg to bring weak leg onto the bed (EXCEPT THOSE PEOPLE FOLLOWING SURGICAL PRECAUTIONS)
