Balance Your Wallet And Your Heart: Values-Driven Finance With Daniel Wrenne &Raquo; Wrenne Financial 55 Scaled 1

Daniel loves helping people use their finances to live better lives. By day, he works as a financial planner for physicians at Wrenne Financial Planning and hosts the Finance For Physicians podcast. Ultimately, he wants to live a life worth imitating and help others do the same. Above all, he values his faith in Christ and his family. Most of his spare time involves wrestling his boys Noah, Henry and Andrew, Coaching soccer and spending time with his wife Alison. It should also be noted he has a pretty serious hot sauce obsession.

Personal values matter because they guide our decision-making and behavior, and ultimately shape who we are as individuals.
On this episode of The Worthy Physician, I sat down with financial planner and podcast host of Finance for Physicians, Daniel Wrenne,  He discusses how he uses finances and asking an important question to lead his clients in a unique way of Money management.

“What is important to you? What are your values?

Why is identifying your values so important?
When we align our actions with our values, we are more likely to experience a sense of purpose, fulfillment, and contentment in our lives. Conversely, when our values are not aligned with our actions, we may experience feelings of confusion, dissatisfaction, or even guilt. Therefore, by identifying and prioritizing our personal values, we can live a more intentional and meaningful life.

Dr. Sapna Shah-Haque, MD is a board certified Internal Medicine physician. She was born and raised in Kansas, and attended medical school at the University of Kansas [KU] School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at KU-Wichita as well. After experiencing burnout herself, and watching other physician colleagues burn out, it became a passion of hers to look into different aspects of burnout. While the system does need to change, as it is broken, this podcast is a way to reach physicians and possibly shed light on what is not an isolated situation.
