The & List, no. 2

1- Hi, I’m Lynn, I’m addicted to journals! I will NOT admit how many I have in my house that are in fact, blank. shared hilarious suggestions to use these blank pages. I’m starting with a list of Pet Peeves (gum poppers, whistling, people on speaker phone in public, public bathroom doors that swing inward, hair twisting, teens that talk back…).

2-But first, HYDRATE

Action: Cure, please stop making addicting hydration packet flavors! Watermelon is my summer flavor. CURE packets are faves- my girls Love peach/mango & berry.

3-Packing Lists are my Savior

Ten Things to Travel with at All times by lists small ways to stay ‘well’ on the go. A deck of cards & a game are always in my suitcase but I never bring a mini alarm clock (will start!).

4-I Hate Wrinkles (on my face & clothing)

As a Mom, I pack for EVERYONE (IYKYK) the dog, two girls, snacks, beach bags. My suitcase needs simplicity. Summertime will be all about Varley shorts for me. I have these in green and black. Added pink to my cart …

5-Famesick is still haunting me.

Lena Dunham’s Famesick is raw. The midpoint of the book details her last-ditch partial hysterectomy to release constant pain. In the memoir, Lena mentions, that her Doctor states that a uterus is the soul of a woman.

Someone said that to me, too. I have done so much cord cutting, womb healing, this feel like the correct amount of detail for readers.

6-Substack fangirl with Molly & Brooke

Molly’s podcast interview with my big-eyebrowed girl, Brooke Shields launches a brand at 60. I ran into Brooke in NYC once. She’s stunning. I bought Commence products for my 40+ hair.

7-Am I too old for Aritizia?

I don’t care—this Dress in my suitcase—I’m here for black and white moments to keep me cool. Throw on a blazer, jean jacket & you are main stage ready or dinner appropriate!

6 – Sound healing & the best workout addition

I’m loving this playlist for summer walking meditations. After my weekend with Kristin McGee, I started using this ring again. I’ve never been more sore than with this simple halo.

BONUS: I’m packing in when we drive to vacation.

7- The Gift of 2026

I’ve gotten this battery pack for EVERY grad, mother’s day/father’s day, kid, teacher. It’s PRACTICAL. Everyone has thanked me and even bought more for their whole household. (it shows the % of the battery life left)
