Someone said to me the other day about the water I drink, “Oh, so you’re into biohacking?”
I was shocked. It sounded illegal, like something someone shouldn’t be doing. 😅
But it turns out, biohacking is just a fancy term for making small, incremental changes to your body, Diet, and Lifestyle to improve your Health and well-being.
Wait a minute… Isn’t that what we should ALL be doing???🔥🔥
Taking responsibility for our health, our well-being, so we can live this life to the best of our ability – in joy, and sharing that joy with others?
There are so many things we CAN do! While we can’t control what diseases or accidents may come our way, I for one want to make sure that for the part I do control, I’m doing my best to live healthy, in harmony with our planet and the people around me.💦🌞
