SuperAging ‘Conversations’: Unretiring and exploring new possibilities

Lisa DaRocha is a brilliant coach who helps people reinvent themselves.

“I think that from a societal perspective, this notion that at 65 we’re done, is really an old way of looking at things. Very outdated.”

In this episode, you’ll meet Lisa DaRocha, a coach who, in her words, “helps people get from where they are to where they want to be.” Lisa became a professional coach after a highly successful corporate career in Canada and the USA, and now works with clients who are approaching the “traditional” age of Retirement, or are just beyond it. They’re looking for ways to discover what comes next, and to develop a workable plan to accomplish it. Lisa made an important contribution to our book, SuperAging: Getting Older Without Getting Old and we know you’ll find her ideas inspiring…and very actionable.
