So how do you find peace and serenity in a world that sometimes feels like it’s getting darker?
Less compassionate.
More focused on what divides us than on our shared humanity.
Things moving so fast that we, as humans, struggle to keep up.
It’s easy to feel disconnected. Powerless. Even a bit depressed.
These are some of the questions I’ve been wrestling with over the past few months.
I believe I’m here to help others.
To receive light, to be light, and to share light.
To bring a little sparkle, a bit of wildness, a burst of laughter.
To be that person you can simply talk to.
But somewhere along the way, I realised I was losing my own light.
Feeling increasingly weighed down and bleak.
Watching violence and division being favoured over reconciliation and humanity.
So I started asking myself:
How do we create pockets of light in our daily lives?
Small havens of quiet, warmth and humanity?
Out of that reflection came a few simple ideas — ways I would genuinely Love to help.
Tiny Timeouts
Little pauses, read in seconds but felt all day.
Small reminders of quiet, perspective and humanity, delivered straight to your inbox.
Talk It Out sessions
Less Coaching, more human listening.
A safe download space for whatever is darkening your soul or disturbing your nights.
A one-off hour where you can talk freely — with, if useful, a simple synthesis and a clear way forward.
Quiet Time Out sessions
Yes — silence, together, online.
We all know we could give ourselves an hour of quiet.
But do we actually do it?
These sessions begin with a short download and grounding, followed by protected silence — space to relax, expand and calm an overwhelmed nervous system — and we close with a brief reflection on what came up.
And later down the line, I hope to add Total Escape: simple four-day silent retreats in nature.
No frills. Just space.
I’m curious about your thoughts.
Do you also feel the need, sometimes, to step out of the noise?
To reconnect with yourself, even just for a moment?
