Happy Thursday! I shared a post this morning in my WLWA50 Daily Exercise Facebook Group and thought, why not write a quick post and share it with you. We are heading into the last few days of May so let’s make it count. As we think about our goals for next month, take a moment to ponder this thought….. Love yourself enough to choose a healthy Lifestyle.  Not out of guilt. Not for the number on the scale. Not because others are doing it. Not because it’s a chore. But because you deserve to feel strong, energized, and joyful—every single day. For me, I want to still be active and independent in my 80s and 90s so I choose a healthy lifestyle. Am I 100% faithful to that all the time? No, I’m human and I enjoy gelato occasionally, social catchups, a glass of wine or maybe just doing nothing some days to rest my body. I live by the 80/20 rule and that works for me.Small steps matter. One walk, one nourishing meal, one deep breath at a time. When we shift our focus from “shoulds” to self-love, everything changes.
