The Journey of a Teen Visionary and TEDx Advocate with Ryan Brady

At 18, I was inspired by "The 4-Hour Workweek" and took my first steps into the entrepreneurial world, which led me to help students secure visas to study abroad. Join us in this episode as we sit down with Ryan, a vibrant young entrepreneur who didn’t stop there. He talks about his transition to helping speakers land TEDx talks, offering insights from past interviews with TEDx speakers. We explore how intentionality and sacrifice are crucial in building a successful business, and Ryan challenges us to see the TEDx-worthy idea within each of us. His journey underscores the value of understanding one’s goals and the real impact a TEDx talk can—or cannot—have.

Ryan’s story takes a deeply personal turn when he shares a teenage car accident that changed everything. Ignoring a warning and driving off a cliff led to a traumatic brain injury, shaking the very foundations of his memory and language skills. This life-altering event reshaped his view on life and business, cultivating a resilience that’s as inspiring as it is enlightening. Ryan also opens up about the importance of family support and seizing opportunities while young—when there’s nothing to lose and everything to gain. We contemplate the immense power of youthful enthusiasm and the Wisdom of past generations, imagining a dinner conversation encompassing both the future and the cherished memories of those no longer with us.

Steve Ramona Doing Business with a Servant's Heart

Steve Ramona discovered his calling at a young age and is now on a mission to share his secret sauce for success. He thrives on forging meaningful connections, sharing referrals, and watching people flourish.

His contagious passion for the Law of Increase makes his podcast "Doing Business with a Servant's Heart" so successful. This show is chock-full of inspiring stories about overcoming challenges and serving others.

Steve has a knack for spreading good vibes and elevating those around him. He learned from his dad that the entrepreneurial spirit is a great way to make money. I can share stories of how people serve, struggle and win. We all must overcome something, so why not learn to serve and overcome it much faster? I learned early working in our Health Club the importance of customer service. I learned that the more I served it was a win-win for everyone. I enjoy working with people, referring people, and helping people grow. The Law of Increase is my mission when I network around the world.

I love to mentor business people and offer all the resources I have. To win, you must grow yourself first; then, you can share this with others! I am an avid reader and have built a large book directory on sharing with others.
