Getting Out of Your Own Way with Cassandra Crawley Mayo

  1. Getting Out of Your Own Way with Cassandra Crawley Mayo Kimberly Benoy 32:44

Cassandra Crawley Mayo is a speaker, author, and mentor who talks with Kim about her journey working in corporate America for over thirty years and how she became a mentor to other women. As the first African American executive in all of her positions, she found herself leading and proving herself throughout her career. She found herself naturally mentoring other women of all ethnicities and eventually experienced Burnout, imposter syndrome and Health issues as she realized she was working much more than the 40-hour work week. After retiring at 55, she looked for what her next path would be and found herself writing her book called “Is Your Way in Your Way?” but that was not the end of what she was meant to do.

Listen to this wonderful conversation about living without regret, spirituality and questioning God as well as empowering you to live your best life.
