It divides tasks into four categories: urgent and essential, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, and not urgent or important.

While it might seem counterproductive, taking short, frequent breaks can significantly boost your productivity levels. Known as the Pomodoro Technique, this involves 25 minutes of concentrated work followed by a 5-minute break. After four cycles, take a longer break.
