For many people, chronic pain doesn’t simply interrupt life.
It changes how they work, Sleep, move, think, hope, and imagine the future.
This Friday at 12:00 PM (ET), I’m honored to welcome my longtime friend and colleague Wendy Segal to PTBYB Live.
I’ve known Wendy for many years through our work together producing corporate events and interactive experiences. She’s the founder of Radius Event Design, an accomplished event producer, artist, and community leader.
But this conversation isn’t primarily about events.
It’s about something much more personal.
For years, Wendy has lived with chronic pain resulting from breast Cancer surgeries, nerve damage, and other significant physical challenges. Together we’ll explore what it’s like to continue creating, serving others, leading a business, and participating fully in life while carrying pain that most people never see.
Together we’ll explore questions such as:
• What does chronic pain change—and what doesn’t it change?
• How do we continue living when relief doesn’t come quickly?
• What helps us remain connected to ourselves during difficult seasons?
• How do hope, purpose, and resilience continue growing even when pain remains?
• What have years of navigating the healthcare system taught us?
• What encouragement would we offer someone who feels overwhelmed today?
This won’t be a conversation about pretending pain isn’t real.
It will be a Discovery Conversation about remaining connected to who we are, what matters most, and what remains possible—even when life demands more.
I hope you’ll join us.
