The Alzheimer’s Association says that “we’re in an era of treatments now,” which is excellent, but these treatments aren’t suitable for everyone with Alzheimer’s. That’s why I’m excited that I have been approached by start-ups that are looking at treatments from a different angle. We’ve got InmuneBio targeting the immune cells in the brain, and today, I’m speaking with Sara Holt of BioVie, a clinical-stage company developing a novel approach to treating Alzheimer’s disease.
