In this episode of EZ Conversations, Furkhan Dandia speaks with Richard David Hames about systems thinking, leadership, civilization, Artificial Intelligence, governance, and the future of humanity.
Richard brings decades of experience as a philosopher-activist, author, mentor, and strategic foresight practitioner. Together, we explore why the world feels increasingly unstable, why old systems struggle to respond to complexity, and what it means to think in terms of whole systems rather than isolated problems.
The conversation moves through authoritarianism, social media algorithms, Education, leadership, AI, and civilizational transformation. Richard offers a hopeful yet sober perspective: humanity may be in a painful transition in which the old must dissolve before the new can emerge.
