Christiana “Red” (Burton) Floyd is a retired eight-year veteran running back for the DC Divas, a professional team in the Women’s Football Alliance (WFA). She served as a captain for a roster of over 50 women for 3 years (2021, 2022 & 2023), exemplifying balance and dedication in every role she undertakes.

Beyond the field, Christiana spent four years as a youth football coach for the Virginia Stafford Knights in Stafford County, Virginia. Her focus on player development, football IQ, and teamwork has earned her the respect of fellow coaches, players, and parents. Volunteering her time with young athletes often means sacrificing family time after a full day of work, yet she remains committed.

Now in her second year of coaching running backs at George Mason University, Christiana continues to grow and transition from player to coach. Despite her demanding schedule, she also works full-time, and is a devoted wife to Donnell and mother to three children: Riley (17), Amari (13), and Delilah (4). Her family supports her on the sidelines and in the stands, both literally and figuratively.

Christiana is a staunch advocate for pursuing one’s passions while raising a family. She challenges societal norms and the mindset that "a woman’s place is at home with her kids" or that "women and girls have no place on a football field" through her actions and leadership.

Steve Ramona Doing Business with a Servant's Heart

Steve Ramona discovered his calling at a young age and is now on a mission to share his secret sauce for success. He thrives on forging meaningful connections, sharing referrals, and watching people flourish.

His contagious passion for the Law of Increase makes his podcast "Doing Business with a Servant's Heart" so successful. This show is chock-full of inspiring stories about overcoming challenges and serving others.

Steve has a knack for spreading good vibes and elevating those around him. He learned from his dad that the entrepreneurial spirit is a great way to make money. I can share stories of how people serve, struggle and win. We all must overcome something, so why not learn to serve and overcome it much faster? I learned early working in our Health Club the importance of customer service. I learned that the more I served it was a win-win for everyone. I enjoy working with people, referring people, and helping people grow. The Law of Increase is my mission when I network around the world.

I love to mentor business people and offer all the resources I have. To win, you must grow yourself first; then, you can share this with others! I am an avid reader and have built a large book directory on sharing with others.
