What If The Inner Work Is Not Enough?

  1. What If The Inner Work Is Not Enough? Beate Chelette 31:10

That is not a question I ask often on this show. But Nick Jain made me ask it.

This is the contrarian episode.

Nick walked in and said it straight. Spirituality is great. And without a clear strategy around the numbers you have nothing. Especially right now. Especially in an environment changing this fast.

And then he said something that made my jaw drop.

His Harvard MBA. His McKinsey career. The dream resume that took decades to build and opened every door is worthless now. Because everything that used to be locked inside the heads of the most expensive Experts on the planet is now available to everyone for a few dollars a month.

He said it. Out loud. About himself.

And instead of being bitter about it he quit his job and built a business around it. Profitable in month two.

So what does he know that you need to hear?

That the question is no longer who has the most expertise. The question is who knows how to use what is now available to magnify their expertise. How do you take the intelligence that used to cost half a million dollars a year and build a business model around it that works for you and your clients right now.

That is exactly what Nick did. Eagle Rock CFO takes the strategic financial thinking only billion dollar companies could afford,  the CFO who tells you where you are leaving Money on the table, where you are exposed, and what move to make next, and delivers it to small and mid sized businesses using AI to do ninety percent of the work. Profitable. Scalable.

In this episode we talk about why your degree and your credentials are not the moat you think they are anymore. What Nick did to get quality out of AI instead of the mediocre bullet pointed garbage flooding the internet, what strategic financial advice your bookkeeper and tax accountant are not doing, and how to build a business model around the new rules.

They are not coming back.I did mention it’s not your typical episode.
