That’s why I Love Tai Chi. Through gentle, intentional movement, we create space for the body to restore itself—improving flexibility, balance, circulation, deeper breathing, and a greater sense of calm. As movement becomes more fluid, energy and vitality naturally begin to follow.
Today, I’m teaching at the beautiful Creignish Hall, where the incredible ocean view reminds us that wellness is about finding rhythm, balance, and connection with ourselves and the world around us.
