Antonio Garrido speaks to me from France about leadership and so much more on today’s episode of Be The Good with Kate. One of Antonio’s favorite quotes is “People do not decide their futures, they decide their habits and their habits decide their futures.” (F. M. Alexander). Antonio explains, “Every attitude, belief, and habit is entirely learned behavior, therefore, it can be altered and modified to become the world’s most high-performing leaders. However, without intentional self-reflection, regular self-analysis, and increased self-awareness, there’s no tension, no change, and no Growth. We could be too busy mopping the floor to turn off the faucet.”
