My baby brother, Ben, who was born October 21, 1957, left us too soon on December 24,2019 when he was only 62 (sadly, a day after his wife’s birthday).  There’s not a day that goes by that I wish I could call and talk to him. Ben was a lot like our dad in that anyone who met him became his friend for life, that he made all his friends and family feel special and that he was good at fixing things.

Ben married Christy “Chris” Harrison after they met and worked at a Sears Auto Shop.  Ben and Chris have two children, my niece and nephew, Stephanie, and Brian.  Ben had and loved his 5 grandchildren.

Ben’s special talent was being able to diagnose the problem with your car just by listening to the sound of the car when you called him on the phone.  We all were always amazed at this talent.  He also was known for doing a great Blues Brothers imitation with our cousin, Jon.  Thankfully, he is still very much a part of our memories and in our hearts.
