Scott D’Amico is a communication and talent development leader with more than 20 years of experience in Education and training. He is the President of Communispond, a global provider of communication skills training, where he helps professionals and organizations strengthen the way they present, lead, influence, and connect.

Before joining Communispond, Scott began his career as a high school economics teacher, an experience that continues to shape his practical, learner-focused approach to professional development. He is also the host of *Communicast: A Communication Skills Podcast*, where he speaks with leaders, authors, and Experts about the communication skills that drive success in today’s workplace.
