I saw this challenge from @TaraLaFerrara and her video says “bet you can’t get to level 3 👀”
So of course I had to try 🤪.
Turns out years of Yoga, dance, and lots of squatting paid off because I actually could do it.
I’m 62 and I still work on mobility, hips, shoulders, ankles, all of it, because it makes everyday life feel easier and helps me keep doing the activities I enjoy.
