The best part is you get a daily dose of positive energy.

Daily Looks: Week Ending 12.5.25 &Raquo; Sun 4

SUNDAY

This is the gold slip skirt I found thrifting last week, so I had to wear it.

I wanted to pair it with this overlay ruffle…(I don’t even know what to call it) that I’ve had for a while and wear sporadically. It’s not something I would have bought, but it came as a PR item.

I didn’t understand it at first…it seemed silly. But now? Now, I Love it. Because? It’s unique and adds a cool silhouette.
Obviously, I had to grow into it, so I’m thankful I didn’t purge it during the time it didn’t seem like me.

I was going to wear a long-sleeve sweater, but couldn’t find the right fit and color, so I opted for a sleeveless cropped top and my handknit shrug.

Yellow print heels and new jewelry from Kozakh (seen up close in top photo), including:
cowboy boot necklace
heart necklace
-modern pearl necklace
earrings

MONDAY

This is my Yogalattes outfit with a textural overload.

The blue velvet joggers I’ve had for ages (seen here),and I’m wearing them over my leggings.

The snowflake sweatshirt was thrifted from our recent outing, and I love how soft it is and that it’s cropped, along with having a hood.

Then I paired my new Cariuma silver sneakers with it…they have softened up a bit, but they still need more breaking in.

AND, I’m so happy that I can wear my furry earrings now that it’s December. I adore how they add texture, and they even keep my ears warm.

TUESDAY

This is the Limited dress I picked up on our recent thrift adventure, and at first, I thought I’d wear the gold slip skirt (from Sunday) under it. However, the silhouette wasn’t a good fit, so I wore this gold flared skirt instead (worn in 2016).

And then layered over it with this gold cardigan (I’ve worn it belted before) that I closed higher up than the buttons with my navy, bow barrette from Just Be Youtiful. I also added a brooch to the bow to bring in some red from the booties.

Why red booties? Because I was following along with the idea that shoes don’t need to match your outfit. I wanted something to pop instead.
I also wore red earrings, bracelets, and glasses.

WEDNESDAY

I just finished this handknit cardigan…too bad you can’t see the beautiful cable collar…I’ll include that in my email. (The cable is also at the wrists)

Since I just finished putting the sweater together, I HAD to wear it. And so I layered it over my recent thrift treasure…a bright pink dress.

The teal peacock booties (under $35) are one of my faves from the discontinued shoe site (use code COMFY10 for a discount).

While I didn’t bookmark the look with a blue hat, I did want to wear this treasure of a fur hat from my mom’s closet. I’m just borrowing it, but I decorated it with a bunch of brooches.
Along with the brooches on my sweater to keep it from sliding around.

In reality, I think the necklines compete with each other, but you learn by doing…and I usually do it the wrong way first.

FRIDAY

Brooches as a necklace…because when you have many similar ones, it’s an easy way to add sparkle to a sweater.

I wore this Anthro sweater (found at their outlet for a deal) over an orange blouse that is a bit snug…but I’m glad I didn’t purge it for this exact reason.

I styled it with my cuffed jeans that I DIYed from thrifted ‘too long’ jeans and my sparkle booties.

Then a grey beret (it has rhinestones on it, but hard to see from this angle) and more sparkle on my ears and fingers.
