Thomas Cataldo is a licensed acupuncturist, founder and owner of Golden Touch Acupuncture, whose mission is to become the leading provider of Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as offering herbal medicines and free community classes for Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and nutrition. 

Thomas describes how he experienced a series of Health issues as a teenager, including several concussions resulting in chronic headaches. After receiving no results from traditional medicine, Thomas was able to heal himself by making simple changes to his Diet, and now he helps his patients do the same.  

He explains that along with acupuncture and herbal medicines, he also focuses on what he calls the four pillars of a healthy life which include: 1 – diet & Exercise including sunshine and fresh air, 2 – good, honest work 3 – good Relationships, and 4- good Sleep

For diet he recommends what he calls the Lean & Green diet which is: NO sugar, starch or alcohol, YES good quality protein, leafy green vegetables, and healthy fats. The only fats he allows are olive, coconut and avocado oil, ghee and tallow.
