Wellness after 50 isn’t about shrinking. It’s about growing stronger—physically, mentally, emotionally—and building a life that supports our freedom and vitality now and in the decades ahead. Recently I came across this statement and it really struck a chord. “I’m not chasing a smaller size. I’m building a life where my 80‑year‑old self can haul groceries, keep up with the grandkids, and stand up with strength and grace.” I also asked some members of the FB Group their thoughts and this is what they had to say…. ‘I want to stay active and independent for as long as I can so I can keep travelling to see Family in Australia and England.
