Dean Graves is an author, podcaster, keynote speaker, mental Health counselor, as well as a meditation and mindfulness guide who is on a mission to alleviate humanity’s suffering, expand our Consciousness, and inspire individuals to embrace their unique talents and contribute to a better world. 

Dean explains that his story is simple and remarkably unremarkable in many ways. For approximately 50 years of his life, he led a typical American life. Around the age of 50, he began to meditate and through that meditation have been able to glean significant information and insight into the topics that he has taught to others for over 20 years. The information isn’t totally unique, in that it has been provided to humanity in various forms throughout human history, but it has repeatedly been systematically distorted and/or lost. 

Through his expertise in mental health and deep spiritual understanding, Dean provides a holistic approach to healing and Growth. With his compassionate and insightful guidance, he has inspired and empowered people from all walks of life to embrace mindfulness and meditation as a path to greater self-awareness and spiritual awakening.

Dean shares his story and his journey along with fascinating and encouraging information regarding healing a variety of mental health issues including Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and much more by using his techniques. His purpose is to provide accurate and truthful information as to the true nature of humanity’s purpose in creation. The call to action is to awaken, become aware, and fulfill this purpose by dispelling the prevailing misinformation and preoccupation with superstition and mysticism. In short, to begin the global experience of a new age of enlightenment.

Cheryl Ilov is an author, speaker, dancer, martial artist, and physical therapist. She is also a former chronic pain patient who began a journey of self-discovery and self-healing after her medical team informed her that she would never recover. They were wrong.

Cheryl fired her medical team and found her own path to health and healing, as well as a journey of life-long learning. Her areas of expertise include the art of healing through movement, personal empowerment, and fitness over fifty. She is also the host of The FemiNinja Project podcast, which focuses on overcoming obstacles, personal empowerment, restoring human dignity, and alternative health and healing.
