Meet Barb Watson

I’m Barbs, the heart and soul behind Barb’s Bod Squad—a qualified personal trainer, ex-bodybuilder, and Kiwi girl at heart, proudly calling Australia home. After years managing corporate business transformations, I left that world to follow my true passion: helping women transform their Health and confidence.

Over a decade ago, menopause nearly broke me. I endured 32 unrecognised symptoms—crippling brain fog, relentless hot flushes, Anxiety, unexpected weight gain and exhaustion. I was misdiagnosed repeatedly and sent on a frustrating and expensive wild goose chase that drained me emotionally and financially. I felt confused, overwhelmed, and completely alone.
