Idea #16 to Help You Get Even More Stuff Done

  1. Idea #16 to Help You Get Even More Stuff Done Anne Bachrach 1:50

Today we are talking about Idea #16 of the 16 ideas to help you get even more done, which is to improve your processes.

Recognize which processes you perform on a regular basis and then write them down step by step. Study each step and work towards refining and re-processing the steps for greater efficiency. This is extremely important for each team member, virtual or physically in your office, to document everything they do, so if someone else had to do a task, they could get it done flawlessly, without question, and get the desired result. That is the goal of having processes. Having processes and systems for each job function increases the value of your firm and makes it much easier to sell, if you wanted to at some point in time.

Over the past 16 days, we have explored 16 most valuable ideas and concepts to help you work smarter, not harder. Choose 1 or 2 of these concepts to immediately implement into your life in the next 30 to 90 days, so you can achieve even more of your goals in the timeframe you desire. Once you are consistently implementing those concepts, you can add another and then another.   Make a decision today that you are going to “work smarter, not harder” so you can ultimately enjoy having your ideal business and ideal life.
