The offering includes preferred stock at $10 per share with a target dividend of 8%, and a minimum investment of $250. Nap Bar, Inc.

Nap Bar Inc. is raising funds on Wefunder to scale its eco-friendly, luxury Sleep pods designed for airports and high-traffic venues. They have secured a 10-year contract at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston and aim to disrupt the $2 billion global airport sleeping pod market. Marcia Nelson

Marcia Nelson is a Managing Director at Freedom Capital Markets, overseeing the Family office division. With 20 years of experience, she has a robust network of private families and institutional investors. Marcia chairs Kinect Capital’s board and serves on multiple advisory boards, focusing on impact Investing and venture capital.
