When it’s the loss of a loved one or the loss of a relationship we go dark because we mourn. When it’s a loved one it's as though you’re mourning times two, because not only are you mourning the loss of your loved one you are also mourning what your life would have been with your loved one. Relationship loss we mourn the life we painted with that person. If you’re busy chasing a dream, life, or a person that was never meant for you, the end result is exhaustion, discouragement, and Depression.
