In June of 2019, Judy Thureson experienced the tragic loss of her eighteen-year-old son, Jacob (aka Hella Sketchy)  to an opioid overdose. In her #1 Bestselling book, Beautiful Tragedy, she chronicles her harrowing experience and introduces the GIVE Principle.
 

Through her Growth and transformation Coaching, Judy helps people navigate grief, loss, and uncertainty by applying mindfulness and Meditation techniques.
