When Jenn was laid off for the second time in her 16 year marketing career she flippantly remarked, “Maybe I’ll try this life Coaching thing.” A friend in high school once told me I’d be a good one (I had NO IDEA what a life coach was) and had recently experienced a chakra alignment/Coaching session.

Little did she know going through certification wasn’t really for her career – it was for her, my health and my family.

She is a two-time kidney transplant recipient who’s been navigating my Chronic Illness journey for three decades and also guiding my daughter through her life-threatening diagnosis and treatment for the past eight years.

Following seven years of general personal and professional Coaching I’m now focusing on my passion and purpose of guiding Chronic Illness patients and their caregivers from fear, confusion and uncertainty to living with more confidence, calm and contentment by building their Prosilience (proactive Resilience).
