We’ve all made them, and sometimes, we start believing them. They become self-limiting beliefs, holding us back. It’s easy to blame circumstances, other people, or even fate. But the truth? Making excuses keeps us stuck, prevents growth, and keeps us from taking responsibility for our lives.
