The Future of You

After working for almost 3 decades at America’s leading retirement company, I thought I understood retirement. Until I retired! When my life changed from the busy schedule of working full-time to waking up with no schedule and a lot of free time, I became curious about life in retirement. I wanted to learn how people went beyond rebalancing their portfolios to successfully rebalancing their lives.

Lisa Stornaielo, a former colleague and experienced coach, was also interested to learn how people plan for life in retirement. Our experience in Design Thinking led us to dig deeper into the problem. We heard stories from over 50 people, and based on those insights, we created The Future of You.
