The End Of Mel Science

Today on Science Fridays With John we finally get fed up with Mel Science and their terrible business practices. If You’ve been a long time subscriber or regular viewer of our show then you’d know that Mel Science often appears on our channel. However due to their horrible customer service we are ending our relationship with them effectively immediately. Hopefully. Potentially. Maybe….

You see the thing is we keep canceling our subscription with them due to their piss poor quality products they keep sending us. In fact they don’t even keep track of which products they sell you and have sent us the same kit multiple times. And let’s not forget that also means we’re paying for the same kit multiple times. We continually reach out to cancel and get led around in circles that make it seemingly impossible to cancel. But today it appears we’ve finally managed to get through to them after months and months and got our subscription canceled. However, this was only after they continued to charge us and send us more overpriced kits without our consent as we fought to obtain a cancellation.
