  1. How to Turn Year-End Reflection Into a Clear Plan for the Year Ahead S5E07 Sheri Miter- Strengths-Based Career Coach & Visionary Strategist 21:24

If you looked back at 2025 and realized you drifted, got distracted, or missed the mark on your biggest dreams, you are not alone. Even after years of Personal Development, it is possible to slide into a spiral of doubt when the results don't match the effort.

In this episode, we strip away the complex workshops and “louder” goal-setting tactics that often overwhelm ambitious women. Instead, we focus on a simple, proven 3-step framework to move from confusion to clear, directed action.

We explore why “insight” alone isn't enough to change your life and how to create a strategy that actually fits your season of life.

In this episode, you will learn:

  • The Trap of “More”: Why we often fail not because we lack goals, but because we lack anchors and say “yes” to too many good things.
  • The 3-Step Framework: A breakdown of Clarity, Strategy, and Sustainable Focus.
  • Strengths Alignment: Why your strategy must use your natural talents if you want the results to stick past February.
  • Overcoming the Spiral: How to kick off the covers, stop wallowing, and create a plan even when you feel heavy Emotions.

Next Step: If you are standing at a career crossroads and want to ensure 2026 is your year of clarity, don't wait. Take the 2026 Career Change Quiz or book a clarity call today to start the conversation.

Sheri Miter Serial Entrepreneur

Sheri Miter is a serial entrepreneur. Her first business was selling painted rocks to neighbors when she was 7! This entrepreneurial spirit led her to many failures but also some huge successes, such as a Chimney Cleaning business with her husband Tom, a professional firefighter, and eventually a business as a Mary Kay sales director. While in Mary Kay, Sheri led her team to six-figure years multiple times, and YES, she drove the iconic pink Cadillac for part of her career!

Despite her success as a Sales Director in Mary Kay, Sheri found herself at a crossroads after 25 years. She began to question if this was the path she truly wanted for the next decade of her life. Even after achieving her best year, she felt a sense of weariness and asked herself, 'Is it ever going to be enough?' This internal struggle led her to a brave decision- to step away from her role as a Sales Director and embark on a new journey. This journey led her to become a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. Today, Sheri has crafted a life she loves, assisting other highly successful women to discover their 'what’s next' career. She is passionate about working with women who have achieved success making the money, but are now eager to make an impact by unleashing their God-given strengths and embracing their true calling!

When Sheri isn’t busy with her clients or recording a new podcast, she cherishes her time with her grandkids and embarks on exciting adventures with her husband. Their escapades often include the beach, biking, or out boats. At the end of a fulfilling day, they savor the beauty of the sunset with a cocktail in hand, a testament to Sheri's belief in enjoying life's journey.
