From Karate Kid to K‑Tel: A Journey of Passion, Music, and Servant Leadership

I’m your host, Steve Ramona, and I want to welcome you to a space where business isn’t just about balance sheets—it’s about purpose. Every episode is an invitation, a reminder: In business, in life, even in music, we don’t just create value—we serve. We show up with a servant’s heart in every deal, decision, and dialogue, so that our impact ripples far beyond profit.

Today’s Guest: A Story You’ll Feel

My guest for this episode is someone whose life bridges art, purpose, and transformation. He began in music, ventured into acting, and circled back—arriving at a place where his passion, story, and service intersect. His energy lit me up before the mic was even on, and I promise you—he will do the same for you.

You’ll hear stories. You’ll receive challenges. Most importantly, you’ll walk away with tools to transform not just your journey, but the lives of those you lead, serve, and influence.

Homework Before You Listen

Before we dive in—here’s a simple assignment:

How will you serve yourself and others today?

It doesn’t need to be monumental. A small act of kindness, a courageous word, or a moment of listening can shift the game. Lean in. Be present. Let this message meet you where you are.

Episode Highlights & Themes

We begin with Frank’s journey:

  • He didn’t choose acting—acting chose him. But his heart always leaned toward music, toward message, toward meaning.

  • Passion, he says, is more than excitement—it’s rooted in alignment, truth, and authenticity.

  • In his time with Survivor, in performance after performance, he learned this: being on stage is not just about showcasing, it’s about stewarding a Legacy.

  • He recalled a high‑stakes moment: center stage, spotlight, alone. That was the moment he realized—the stage is yours. You own it.

  • He likens artistry and entrepreneurship: both ask us to do the work, prepare the craft, and then let go so the essence can flow.

We also hear about his current project, K‑Tel All Stars / Ultimate Seventies Experience, a nostalgic musical journey reimagining the songs we Love—done live, with integrity, soul, and heart.

What You’ll Feel, What You’ll Take

  • A deeper affirmation that your passion matters—and when aligned, it powers your purpose.

  • The courage to show up—especially when the spotlight feels lonely.

  • A parallel between performing on stage and performing in business: the same energy, the same demands, the same need for trust and presence.

  • A reminder that legacy is stewarded, not seized. When we serve what is greater than ourselves, we become vessels of something bigger.

Final Thoughts & Call to Action

Go ahead—press play. Let these stories inspire you. Let them stretch you. Let them challenge the way you do business, lead teams, and engage your community.

And don’t just listen—act. Ask:

  • Which conversation do I need to lean into today?

  • Where does my mission intersect with my offering?

  • How can I show up better for someone else?

If you believe in amplifying impact, not just income, share this with your circle. Get people thinking deeply. Start the ripple.

Thanks for being here. Thanks for Investing in a business with heart.

Until the next episode—show up, serve well, and let your impact echo.

With gratitude,
Keep serving,
Steve

Steve Ramona Doing Business with a Servant's Heart

Steve Ramona discovered his calling at a young age and is now on a mission to share his secret sauce for success. He thrives on forging meaningful connections, sharing referrals, and watching people flourish.

His contagious passion for the Law of Increase makes his podcast "Doing Business with a Servant's Heart" so successful. This show is chock-full of inspiring stories about overcoming challenges and serving others.

Steve has a knack for spreading good vibes and elevating those around him. He learned from his dad that the entrepreneurial spirit is a great way to make money. I can share stories of how people serve, struggle and win. We all must overcome something, so why not learn to serve and overcome it much faster? I learned early working in our Health Club the importance of customer service. I learned that the more I served it was a win-win for everyone. I enjoy working with people, referring people, and helping people grow. The Law of Increase is my mission when I network around the world.

I love to mentor business people and offer all the resources I have. To win, you must grow yourself first; then, you can share this with others! I am an avid reader and have built a large book directory on sharing with others.
