With a diverse career background that includes social work, serving as a Red Cross Executive Director, and working in the trade magazine industry, Linda eventually became a high school counselor in a rural district—where she often served as the only available Mental Health resource for students. Her professional and personal experiences have given her a unique perspective on Trauma, therapy, and advocacy.

Now an active volunteer and community leader, Linda offers deep insight into the healing process, the power of therapy, and the courage it takes to speak out. Her story is one of strength, survival, and service.
