Daily Looks: Week Ending 10.17.25

The week was a little moody after putting down our kitty, Annabelle, and the loss of a good friend. So my outfits may not have the same whimsy as usual.

My emails are my way to share fun and positive content with you from all of the sites I visit during the week. Sure, you also get my free eBook when you sign up, but that’s not the best part.
The best part is you get a daily dose of positive energy.

SATURDAY

My outfit started with wanting to wear my new Cariuma boat shoes. I figured I’d wear a lighter look so they’d blend in.

I snagged these jeans from Just Be Youtiful, maybe last year. You saw them when I layered my corset top.

I added this ruffle dot blouse, but I felt too constricted with the neck, so I turned it around. You’re seeing it on backwards.

My third color is orange with the beret, earrings, glasses, and one of the bracelets.

SUNDAY

This was a dress from Amazon when I worked with the company in 2022, and I’ve worn it once to talk about layering.

Today I wanted to see if I could origami it. Since it’s loose, I wrapped it around and attached it with a cardigan clip.

I wore this pleated navy skirt under it and added fishnet socks with my yellow print shoes.
I kept the bracelet, earrings, and glasses blue since a lot was going on. But even my earrings and bracelet aren’t plain.

MONDAY

Off to our workout class today with my lightweight joggers.

I have showcased these joggers to show how they can be styled for every day, including date night.

I wore a long sports bra and a cropped sweatshirt along with hands-free sneakers.

TUESDAY

After putting down Annabelle yesterday, I didn’t want to think much about my outfit.

So I grabbed a dress that is flowy and easy to wear.

Pro tip: Hair elastics work wonders for containing sleeves. These sleeves are bell-shaped, but I wanted them pulled up.

Of course, I had to add more. This dickey is one of my faves from Just Be Youtiful, and I Love how it adds fur and sparkle without the warmth.

White sneakers were an easy option, but then I also grabbed these black and white socks…because SOCKS are a thing again.

I just threw my hair up in a pony and added this pearl headband.

WEDNESDAY

Both the dress and blouse are very old. In fact, Rob proposed to me when I was wearing this dress at work back in the summer of 2003.

And here is a photo of the blouse, how it’s “supposed to be worn” as a wrap blouse back in 2015.

I wanted a different vibe than the dressiness of the dress and blouse, so I opted for my tan cowboy boots.

And a baseball cap.
Yes, that’s a brooch holding the ties to the dress so they don’t move around since both items are slippery.

FRIDAY

Do I look like I’m going to work? I am…kinda. We are helping out our friend today, who just lost his wife. And we need to visit some places to get his affairs in order.

Styling is a tool, and I’m dressed professionally to be taken seriously.

I still incorporated a bit of fun…lime green (who knew I had a blouse and jacket the same color…different brands), along with belt stacking and using a clip-on earring as the buckle.

These leopard shoes are from my working days, and I have a black & white polka dot scrunchie bow in my hair.
