in their belonging on earth
and their origins in the stars

Remember the millions and millions of ancestors
who weave the web of life with harmony and balance
with respect for uniqueness
honoring everyone’s purposes
because diversity is how we thrive

Ancient knowledges are embodied
in your cells
in human Consciousness
in the spiral galaxy of your dna
in our minds and memories
in the marrow in our bones

Ancestral guidance is carried
in sunlight and stardust
in water and winds
in migratory paths of whales and hummingbirds
in each seed who becomes a tree
in the vast fields of brilliant energy
flowing through and between us
radiating far beyond our bodies
spiraling far beyond our earth

Ancient rememberings are already here
in the eyes of the newborns
in the passions of your dreams
in birthings and dyings
in grieving the losses
in loving unconditionally

Our remembering opens doorways
for the awakening of the human heart
by rekindling our aliveness
tending the woundings
dismantling the walls
unlearning the lies
regenerating our wholeness
speaking medicine with our words
weaving intricate tapestries of Relationships
as we fall in love with life again

Who you really are
who they really are
who we really are
and how we can live
are so much more
than we’ve been led to believe.
