It’s unanimous, the Gigi Connection ladies love to travel, but then again, who doesn’t? The only thing that may be a little frustrating is the actual part of getting there….the Packing, long security lines, freezing cold airplanes…we’ve all been there, right? However, it is our hope that you’ll find our post to be of some help as we share several of our favorite travel essentials to make your trip a little more enjoyable. Is there anything more fun than visiting family and friends or exploring a new destination by taking time for ourselves? We don’t think so!

Here are some of our favorite travel essentials:

Living Proof, Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo – I never leave home, not even for a weekend getaway without this product! This is by far the best dry shampoo I’ve ever used and I’ve tried several. Using this dry shampoo allows me to only have to shampoo twice per week! It smells GREAT and leaves your hair feeling super clean without any residue build up. The Living Proof Perfect Hair Day was designed to mimic a regular shampoo and the effects of washing your hair by absorbing oil, sweat and odor and can be used on any hair type. You can purchase it here!

Vanity Planet Mini Pose LED Travel Mirror – This is MUST have when traveling, especially when hotel lighting can be terrible! It’s lightweight, has a rechargeable USB cable so no batteries are needed and it travels well. You can find the link here to purchase! If you sign up for their emails you get 60% off.

The Bigger Carry-On by Away – This suitcase is PERFECT for longer trips and is sized to fit in the overhead bin and is definitely lightweight. I love that it has a water-resistant laundry bag inside, compassion system to help pack all your essentials and it comes with an ejectable USB charger (TSA approved) than you can use to charge your phone or electronics up to 4 times! You can shop at this link!

Clear Organizer Bags with Zippers – LOVE these bags which are fantastic for travel! They’re great for organizer all your travel essentials. You can clearly see everything that is in the bags, which makes TSA and finding your things a breeze! They’re perfect for storing makeup, toiletries, jewelry, hair products and more! The bags are sturdy and the zippers hold up very well. You will feel like the most organized traveler when using them. Purchase at this Amazon link.

FYY Pill organizer-I take so many daily vitamins and supplements and was using small plastic

zipper bags until I found this handy fold-out organizer that I just love. No more digging around

to find certain supplements. I used my label-maker to identify each compartment. It’s only $10 here on Amazon.

Samsonite Women’s Mobile Solution Spinner-I’m a real estate agent and unfortunately, I always have to travel with my laptop. I love this carry-on friendly case because it carries so much more than a laptop and is a smooth spinner so I don’t have sore shoulders. It also attaches to another suitcase, so I can put it on top of my big suitcase if I’m traveling alone. I take it on the plane as a carry-on because it fits under most airline seats and I don’t even have to put it up in the bins. It’s pricey at $199, but I’ve had mine for three years and it has held up so well. You can purchase it on Amazon, here.

Rowneyeon Travel Jewelry Organizer Case-I always have a problem with my necklaces getting all tangled up when I travel. This cute jewelry clutch has ample space for a mixture of necklaces, rings, earrings and bracelets for about a week’s worth of travel. You can purchase at this link on Amazon.

For the Little Travelers In Your Life:

We just love these adorable suitcases and Packing cubes from Pottery Barn Kids. There are many adorable styles to choose from to make traveling fun for your grandchild as well. Personally, I just personalize the Packing cubes that go inside their suitcase; however, Pottery Barn can do the suitcase as well.

Safe Travels!
