Audrey Seymour is a Master Certified Coach, Certified True Purpose® Coach and Consultant, and founder of Clear Change Group, a purpose-led coaching practice. She helps leaders bridge analytical thinking and inner wisdom, moving from success that feels empty to uncover what truly matters to them and align their lives and careers with their deepest purpose.

Audrey spent more than 15 years as a software development manager and lead engineer, building on degrees in Mathematics from Caltech and UC Berkeley, before her own body forced a reckoning. Physical symptoms she couldn't ignore became an unexpected awakening, not burnout so much as a signal that her outer success no longer matched her inner truth.

That turning point led her into coaching over two decades ago, supported by a presence-based inner work practice she’d begun in 1975. This life change remains the lived experience behind her work today: she knows firsthand what it takes to listen to what the body and soul are trying to say, and to rebuild a life around it. It's the same kind of transformation she now guides her clients through.

Audrey serves on the leadership team at the True Purpose Institute, where she trains students in the True Purpose® process. She is co-author of the newly updated second edition of True Purpose, releasing fall 2026. Her insights have been featured on podcasts including Her Own Narrative, Redesign Your Life Today, Ordinary Visionaries, and the Life Purpose Lab.

When Audrey’s not coaching, she can be found hiking, boating, or indulging a lifelong fascination with astronomy that dates back to childhood.
