Have you ever felt guilty because you couldn't stick to your fitness routine?

Maybe work got busy. You had kids. You moved. You started traveling more. Life happened.

In this episode, I expand on the idea that it's usually not about having time—it's about priorities. But there's another important piece that often gets overlooked:

Life happens in seasons.

Some seasons allow you to train five days a week. Others may only allow two. That doesn't mean you've failed—it means your priorities have temporarily shifted.

In this episode we discuss:

  •  Why “I don't have time” is often really a question of priorities
  •  How to recognize when you're in a busy season of life
  •  Why it's okay to temporarily scale back your fitness goals
  •  The importance of reassessing and readjusting when life settles down
  •  How to avoid guilt while still taking ownership of your Health

The key isn't being perfect all year long.

It's recognizing the season you're in, making the best decisions you can today, and having the discipline to ramp things back up when the season changes.

Because fitness isn't about perfection—it's about adapting for the long haul.
