Rob didn’t label my looks this week because we were dealing with a sick dog. And it’s not the usual top photo because I changed after my daily outfit photo on Friday, and wanted to include it.
My emails are my way of sharing fun, positive content with you from all of the sites I visit during the week. Sure, you also get my free eBook when you sign up, but that’s not the best part.
The best part is you get a daily dose of positive energy.

SATURDAY
We are off to dog training this morning, and I wanted to try out the overall trick today.
If you received my email, then you saw how I threaded the back portion UNDER the top.
This top is perfect for my overalls because it’s cropped, and I don’t feel as exposed.
Then I had to wear my new Sock Candy socks…aren’t they just something else? (I know, many of you are rolling your eyes, but I Love being in the “too much club.”)
Anyway, I wanted to show off the socks, so I paired them with these old sandals.
Then I added a skinny scarf as a bow/belt, just along the front portion. The nice thing about that is it’s easy for bathroom breaks.
I copied the blue from the scarf with my glasses, earrings, and accessories.
SUNDAY
I was searching through my skirts and decided on this one. It’s part of a set I wore in Puerto Rico (styled for one of the dinner time looks).
I’m not usually a matchy-matchy girl, but when I noticed this top (from Just Be Youtiful) had the same silhouette, I thought it might be fun (styled for TDay with camo last year).
Turquoise & silver were my accent colors of choice with my sandals, belt, and accessories.
BTW, the necklace was shortened like a scarf, and you’ve seen it on all my crew.
And here’s the FB video of how I shortened it.
The cutest hummingbird earrings seemed to match perfectly…that’s the close-up shot at the top of the post.

MONDAY
It was cooler today, so I thought it was the perfect time to wear the boots I just bought off of FB Marketplace. Yes…I am going to resell them, but why not try them out today?
I wore them with my long shorts (I love these shorts, and Old Navy has a similar style this year too)
I won this top in a giveaway, and it’s very lightweight, made of linen. Not my usual bright colors, but they work for me and look great with the boots, right?
The top is oversized, so I made a video last year about how to tame it. Today, I just tucked it in.
I wore a leopard belt and large wooden earrings (from Just Be Youtiful that I painted with fingernail polish to change the color)
TUESDAY
Today is Yogalates, and then we have an appointment in the afternoon, so I threw this linen shirtdress over my leggings and t-shirt (you can see the t-shirt sleeves hanging out)
I also added a striped vest and striped mules, so I’m Stripes X 3.
I added my favorite feather pin/clip to the vest and wore pink jewelry.

FRIDAY
After these photos, I added the socks at the top of this post. Reason below…
So Cathie and I are heading to the Salvation Army bins today. Neither of us has been there, so it will be a new experience.
I wasn’t sure what to wear, so I went with linen pants and then this mesh top.
I’ve been so surprised with this mesh top…I thrifted it and have worn it lots (it’s a fast fashion brand, but since I thrifted it, I call it more sustainable). You’ve seen it as part of a capri set and layered with a jacket.
I added the socks because it just feels weird to wear sneakers without them now. I could have gone with no-show socks, but I decided to have fun with my new Sock Candy socks. Besides, it pulls the blue from my scarf and clip-on earring at my waistband. (TT video shows how I did this)
My goal with my daily looks post is to find things that help inspire you with my daily outfits and to bring a smile and kindness to your life. I truly think clothing is our way to express our personality visually.
