Daily Outfits: Week Ending 3.13.26

There were hits and misses this week, but as usual, I Love to show them all.

My emails are my way to share fun and positive content with you from many of the sites I visit during the week. Sure, you also get my free eBook when you sign up, but that’s not the best part.
The best part is you get a daily dose of positive energy.

SATURDAY

I was off to help Just Be Youtiful with a fashion show today, so I wore these ruffle silk pants and my favorite silk top.

You’ve seen me origami this top in the past, and today I came up with even more options in this video.

I wore it with my silk ruffle pants (worn here before), and because it was chilly outside, I wore a navy boat-neck 3/4-length t-shirt under it.

My boots are these fabulous Croc booties from Online Shoe Deals and are only $35 (use code COMFY10 for a discount).

The jewelry is minimal because I will be transforming this top in many ways, but my ring is going to work overtime.

SUNDAY

We are attending the Hungarian Festival today, so I KNEW I wanted to wear this top.

The best thing about this top is the elastic at the hem that I added to make it bubble up and be short instead of having to tuck it in.

I was going to wear it over a dress or with a print skirt, but it’s windy today, so I decided I didn’t want to be Marilyn Monroe.

Thus, I grabbed this pair of abstractly striped pants and my favorite colorful booties.
I layered a teal cami under the top, so I wore a blue/green scarf around my neck with a gold ring to hold it in place.

MONDAY

Off to Yogalates today, but I still had to decorate my leggings and t-shirt.

First, I used my “twisted flower” trick for my t-shirt

Then I added this fun, thrifted, cropped sweatshirt cardigan and mules.

I recently saw a young girl add a metal belt across her leggings, so I said, what the heck.

TUESDAY

This striped dress is the one I wore when I fell in love with wearing a dress/skirt while traveling, and I shared about it then.

I think the biggest reason I like dresses/skirts for Travel is that they make bathroom breaks easy, and a knit dress like this one is stretchy and moves with you.

I added this striped cardigan that I bought from a friend over 7 years ago. The stripes aren’t the same, but darn close.

I held the cardigan together with one of my multicolored pins and wore my turquoise flats.

WEDNESDAY

This is one of the misses…I think it’s the sneakers…but hey, live and learn.

I thought this combo would look better together, but looking at the photos, it didn’t float my boat.

I wore the camo pants that I cut off to be “shorts” and the green silk shirt (you’ve seen it as a statement piece).
So instead of the shirt hanging down, I wrapped it around and used a scarf clip to hold it in place.

Then I wore this fringe vest (you saw it when we dressed loudly) along with multi colored sneakers and jewelry.

I wore the baseball cap for sun protection because we were taking a walking tour of a local area.

THURSDAY

I’m helping out at one of Just Be Youtiful’s fashion shows and am wearing this pink maxi skirt because it can be origami-ed in so many ways. I made a video of 3 of the options.

The cardigan is a matching jacket to these pants I wore to a birthday party (I’m not sure I’ve worn the jacket on the blog before, but I made a video of 3 ways to shorten it).

Then I added gold Mary Janes as well as gold accessories.

FRIDAY

Another day for having fun with Just Be Youtiful, and I plan to showcase all of the fabulous ideas that I like to promote about wearing a dress.
It’s not JUST a one-and-done.

I’ll be layering over it, under it, and making it do double, triple, and quadruple duty.

For starters, I wrapped a scarf around my middle as a cool belt, and then wore these tweed shoes that I’ve had for ages, and luckily didn’t purge because they seem to work for many outfits again.

There’s a brooch holding the “V” of my dress closed, so I’m not flashing my bra, and I’m wearing statement eyeglasses.

Thank you
