  1. Gym Etiquette: 10 Things You Should NEVER Do Scott Friedman 26:46

I was asked a fun question recently: What are my top gym etiquette rules?

So today, we’re diving into the things people really shouldn’t be doing in the gym — from locker room behavior to workout floor chaos.

In this episode, I break down my Top 10 gym etiquette violations, including:

  • Blocking the dumbbell rack mid-set
  • Excessive grunting and disruptive noise
  • Supersetting multiple machines during busy hours
  • Not reracking weights or cleaning up after yourself
  • Locker room and sauna behavior that needs to stop immediately

Plus a few bonus hot takes on filming workouts, wiping down equipment, and why wearing flip flops in the locker room might actually save your life.

This episode is equal parts practical, honest, and a little controversial — but it all comes down to one thing: mutual respect in shared fitness spaces.
