I nearly didn’t write a newsletter this week because I’ve had a few personal issues to deal with and life just became too hard. For me, when that happens I tend to curl into myself, give myself space and time and usually I bounce back. I also need to remember that whilst I enjoy writing and sharing ways we can continue to bloom in life, the world won’t end if I don’t post as regularly. People do understand and are very supportive. However, we can’t stay ‘down’ forever and we need to get back up and start living again. Not always easy but this week, I’m sharing ways which I feel helps me when I’m going through a difficult time and want to rise above it.
