It’s imperative and prudent to have a solid relationship with your Banker, CPA, and Attorney.  

Over the years I met with our banker on a regular basis, usually twice a year.  I had a very good relationship with our banker.  That helped significantly at times.

Prior to selling the company, we were with the same CPA Firm for over 30 years.  Like with our banker, this relationship became invaluable.  Their advice and professionalism were impeccable.  

Fortunately, we never got into a situation that required legal action.  The main attorney relationship was when I sold the business, they were referred by our CPA and were a perfect fit.  I am forever grateful for their help, knowledge, and professionalism.  Contrary to attorney jokes or stigma, there are some solid professional attorneys out there
