Danita Morales Ramos, Ph.D., affectionately known as Dr. D, is the founder of Azz-ert Urself! ®Inc., a Mental Health and Coaching enterprise. For many years, she struggled with posttraumatic Stress, Depression, and Anxiety and, at one time, found it difficult to overcome the effects of past sexual, physical, and emotional Trauma. Her life mission is to help individuals transform from victims to victors. She is the 'Queen of Boundaries' and a champion at helping individuals who are 'stuck' in fear of abandonment, toxic Relationships, and passive living. She teaches her audience to embody assertive communication and behaviors both personally and professionally (thus, the name Azz-ert Urself!®) to obtain their best quality of life.

Dr. D is a global motivational speaker and published author. She has published books on her life and how she overcame personal mental health and relationship challenges. She offers training and field experience to upcoming mental health professionals to help shape them into professionals qualified to treat challenging mental health problems. She coaches high-performing entrepreneurs and professionals to overcome mental barriers that prevent them from building and enjoying healthy partner and Family relationships.
