Laura is a licensed clinical counselor with over 20 years in the field. She specializes in the treatment of trauma, Anxiety, suicidal thinking, and self-harming. After years of working with some amazing clients who struggle with self-harm, she has developed a passion for getting accurate information and resources about self-harming into the hands of people who can support them. In addition to her clinical practice, Laura is also the owner and creator of Navigating a Stressful World, an online resource for people struggling with stress, anxiety, or self-harming, and therapists who work with these symptoms. – And she has some great free resources to share with our listeners later today.
