I believe having structure is essential for success because it keeps yo on track even when you aren't having a great day.
If i know i must do something as a part of my day and have built in time to do it, then my chances of doing it increase dramatically. For example I do intermittent fasting, not necessarily because of all the Health benefits but because it creates a foundational structure which keeps me honest each day. The more I can adhere the better results I will get.
