60 Seconds for Time Out Tuesday: What Is Self-Trust? One Woman’s Take Is Worth a Listen!

  1. 60 Seconds for Time Out Tuesday: What Is Self-Trust? One Woman’s Take Is Worth a Listen! 2:56

Hello to you Tania Marien of Talaterra listening in Riverside, California where we trust you are safely on the other side of the recent tropical storm!

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds for Time Out Tuesday and your host, Diane Wyzga.

My friend and colleague Tania Marien of Talaterra wrote the following piece on trust in her blog. I was so moved by her words I wanted to share them with you (with attribution).

TRUST

Operating a sustainable endeavor involves more than products, customers, and sales.

It’s also about trusting yourself.

Trust yourself with what exactly?

How about:

Trusting yourself to know when to distinguish between free and generous.

Trusting yourself to navigate trust in your Relationships.

   Trusting your point-of-view more.

   Trusting your experience more.

Trusting your body of work more.

   Trusting your instincts more.

Trusting yourself to tell your story.

   Trusting yourself to navigate change.

Trusting yourself to know the difference between what’s now and what’s next.

None of us travels alone.” ~ Tania Marien

Diane Wyzga Story Guide/Coach, Podcaster, Speaker & Trainer

Remember the first time you rode a bike and took your hands off the handlebars? And then because it felt fun and scary you did it again until you were streaking down a hill with the wind blowing in your face and your hands up over your head screaming, “Look ma! No hands!” That’s been the story of Diane's life. Showing up - maybe scared but not afraid - because when you fall down 7 you get up 8.

With 30 years in healthcare, business, law, higher education and storytelling Diane created a niche the world needs: helping socially conscious professionals and organizations connect, engage & succeed by crafting the stories that communicate their message. A recognized global podcaster (Stories From Women Who Walk and Daily 60 Seconds) Diane shares wisdom and interviews designed to help others become successful story creators.
